Why this tool exists

Voice calls make important details temporary.

The W3C cognitive accessibility guidance identifies voice menus, preparation, focus, and processes that rely on memory as real barriers. Keep the Thread is a modest memory support. It does not record calls, contact anyone, or decide what a person meant.
